Return fees and not a good sizing chart
I used to be a big Van Heusen fan until I ordered online. Most disappointed with their return fees. If the sizing chart was correct I would not have to return, but I do and am being charged for it. Then on their untuck shirts there is this ugly triangle of fabric that doesn't make any sense.
