Parkview LoansReviews of parkviewloans.com

Mathieu Pollenz's help during our refinance process was great. He was available every step of the way and always answered all of our questions thoroughly and in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Mathieu to anyone looking at refinancing their home.

Always so helpful and informative..made our first time home buying experience so much less stressful!

I can't say enough great things about Parkview Loans. Buying our first home was a little overwhelming. Luckily we had Mathieu to walk us through the entire process, give us several loan options and answer all of our questions.

After 2 years of speaking with different companies and attempting to navigate our own refinancing we were referred to Matt. From the very first conversation we had he was thorough, knowledgeable and attentive. I'm happy to say he remained that way throughout the entire process. Working with him there was never any doubt he had our back. No matter what we asked or how many times; he always had an answer. We felt supported and very well informed the entire time. The person that referred me to Matt said simply "call him, he's a good guy" after my experience I definitely agree. What's more he's stellar at what he does. When he says "trust me" you can, a rarity now days. I can't express my gratitude enough. I will refer him to everyone I know and I myself will be calling him the next time I need something! Thanks again Matt!

My wife and I just went through the process of buying our first home, and Mathieu Pollenz was there every step of the way to help. Matt was incredibly patient with our 1,000+ questions, knowledgeable about the entire buying process, quick to respond and friendly. He busted his buns to get the best rate possible and saved us a ton of money, but more importantly, we knew we had someone we could trust. Love this guy, highly recommended!
