This is a follow-up to my review on Parker Institute. I received a call from the office manager saying they will reimburse me for the lost laundry but it came with a caveat. Seems that when you first come in, they take an inventory of your clothing. If family brings you clothing later on, it is your responsibility to inform the powers that be to add them to their inventory. I will be reimbursed for a way smaller amount than expected.
