I deposited a huge amount of money back in October 2025, and they have held my deposit for almost a year. I provided everything they requested, yet there has been no resolution from Paripesa. Guys, be careful and don't deposit large amounts of money. Seriously, they will use tactics to scam you. A year of waiting, and my gaming account is still not fixed.

My Honest Experience With Paripesa After 3 Years I have been using Paripesa for the last three years, and I feel I should share my honest experience. In the past, Paripesa was great. They had agents who would contact me through WhatsApp and SMS, inform me about bonuses, and generally provide quick assistance whenever I needed help. Withdrawals were also processed quickly. But something has changed drastically. All of a sudden, the agents I used to communicate with disappeared. No more WhatsApp messages, Telegram assistance, or text messages like before. I have personally lost more than $500, and whenever I tried to reach out for assistance or support, the people and services that were previously available seemed to have disappeared. That is not even my biggest complaint. What concerns me most is the change in their withdrawal process and customer support. I have successfully withdrawn significant amounts in the past, but now I have been waiting for 10 days, and my money has still not reached my account. I also looked through the reviews here on Trustpilot, and I noticed many recent negative experiences from other customers reporting problems similar to mine. That is very worrying. As of now, based on my personal experience, I would advise people to be very cautious when using Paripesa. I am extremely disappointed with the customer support. In my opinion, some of the support interactions have felt misleading and unhelpful, especially because my withdrawal issue has remained unresolved for 10 days.
