Pareto MediaReviews of paretomedia.co

We've been with Keaton & Pareto for 4 years, from some $200k a month to now $1.3M+. They also helped launch and still manage all 3 of our brands, driving close to $2M a month across the lot. I've been pitched by countless other agencies and we just won't work with anyone else. They're not just another email agency, they've been a key partner in our growth and they go way beyond email. As a CBD brand we've struggled with advertising and even legislation, and there's just no way we'd be where we are without them. Also just great to work with, we have fun on our calls, strategy to execution is smooth, they have out-of-the-box ideas, copy & design are phenomenal, and retention overall is crushing for us. Right now, it's 50-60% of our total revenue across all 3 brands. If you're looking for a retention partner, Pareto is unlike any other agency out there.

Pareto Media has done a great job managing our email marketing for several years. They have taken great care to preserve our sender reputation so our emails get through to our subscribers. They created content when needed but use our content when we prefer. We rely on their long experience for help with sending decisions like frequency, day of the week, and choice of audience segments. They frequently advise us of new services and improvements that may be helpful. They are always responsive to our questions and ideas. We would strongly recommend Pareto Media for any brand.
