I’m extremely disappointed with you
I’m extremely disappointed with you. On my last order you sent the wrong size. I’m disabled and can’t move this big box so it looks like I’m stuck with the wrong size and they are paid for.

Your next order 497939 was for a mini-case of 33 of Unique Wellness XX-Large and was placed on 4/8. Both orders were placed by an individual. We can arrange for a pick up of the 3 packs of the Unique Wellness in the XX-large at your home, we can then place an order for you for the correct size. We have attempted to call the phone number on the order a number of times to discuss the return we cannot leave a message there is only busy signal every time. Poor Communication
I am giving this two-star because the item was back-ordered and I was never informed of that. Had to go back to my order to attempt tracking the package and discovered then and there. It would have been a one-star review but because of the incredible pressure on our society in general due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I'm allowing for some issues. Still, in this era of computerized everything, I should have been notified.

Too Long
Im my mind it just took too long to get this product. However the product is wonderful, I will look elsewhere to find a faster mode of getting them to me. Thank you.

Your order was placed on Friday afternoon December 27th. The order was shipped on Monday December 30th because we do not ship orders over the weekend. Our orders are usually delivered in 1-3 business days. I think the volume of deliveries and the holiday might have caused the order to be delivered later than expected. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with your order and hope that you will consider ordering from us again in the future.

My husband reviewed several websites…
My husband reviewed several websites for safety handrails. He found your site seemed to be the best quality. I ordered 2, tub safety handrails. I received 2 tubes of vaseline petroleum jelly. I had to call/e-mail/call to correct the order. I finally received the handrails. Here's hoping they work.

Delivery was a week late
Delivery was a week late. The fit is supposed to be a medium but does not fit around the waist. Crotch is far to short for a good fit.

We sincerely apologize at the time the Dry Direct was ordered the item was in transit to our warehouse this caused the item to be back-ordered and delayed. The item was ordered on 8.14.19. The Dry Direct was delivered to our warehouse then shipped to you on 8.20.19 not including the weekend that was 5 business days and delivered on 8.21.19, usually our orders are delivered fast within 1-3 business days with no delays again we apologize. We don't intend on doing business this way. We work very hard towards Customer Satisfaction and want all of our Customers to be satisfied with their orders. We will be happy to add 1,626 Parentgiving.com Reward Points a value of $16.26 the cost for the package of Dry Direct and send out Samples to you at no charge. I left a detailed voicemail today 8.22.19, I hope we have the chance to assist you in the future.

Packaging was not secure
The basket I ordered was thankfully not damaged, but the box it came in was caved in and one piece of packing tape across the top was holding the basket in.
