I received less than satisfactory…
I received less than satisfactory customer service when I had to return a case of barrier cream. I had ordered the barrier cream based on the photo and description of the the product on your website. I ordered Soothe & Cool "Free" barrier cream and was shipped a case of Soothe & Cool barrier cream. Your customer service reps tried to convince me that the product was the same only in different packaging even though I told them of the difference in the ingredients on the packaging. Then I was told that Medline had changed the packaging, but that the product was the same. The ingredients are clearly not the same as the "Free" cream that I wanted. One of your reps acknowledged that your website did have the wrong image for the product. Initially the rep said that I would be charged $13 to return the case. Finally, arrangements were made for Fedex to pick up the case and return to Parentgiving at no charge to me since it was your error in sending the wrong product. I was provided no return label for the case. I was told that Fedex would have the return label. Fedex picked up the case at my door without leaving a confirmation of the pickup. When I called Fedex they could not help me because I had no tracking number for the case. When I called customer service voicing my concern that the case might not be returned to them I was told not worry. I am hopeful that I will receive a refund to my VISA soon, until then I will not be ordering incontinence supplies from Parentgiving. I hope that you have corrected the image and description of the product on your website.

Please accept our apologies regarding the change of packaging for this product. The vendor had not advised us that it had changed, but once we were made aware, we changed the images for that product. Your shipment was returned free of shipping and restocking fees, and your credit has been processed. We hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
