In this industry the word "briefs" refers to tape-on products and the word "underwear" refers to pull-ons. You received the briefs you ordered.

The product sizing is not consistent…
The product sizing is not consistent among the Dry Direct products. Even though they have "Dry Direct" name in all of them. Be VERY VERY Careful. Must look at the inches. i now have several packages that I cannot wear. After an email to them, the response was "oops". You ordered the wrong thing. Seems like something this website should have fixed by now with their Italian/American vendors/

At no point were you told "oops" You were informed "you have ordered two completely different products: In January you ordered the Dry Direct Ultimate Underwear - made in the U.S. - Small - 24"-36" In March you ordered the Dry Direct Ultimate Protective Underwear - made in Italy - Small - 20"-30"" It is not unusual for manufacturers to feature different products and size ranges.

This product should provide up to four cups more additional absorption when worn inside your usual incontinence product. We are sending you a sample of another product to try.

Regarding both pull-ups and over night…
Regarding both pull-ups and over night pads... When mom has a gush these are a major fail. But we gave you a try.

Travel able!
Can not travel with it! It leaks, too thin, not enough adhesive on the back. I would not recommend it to anyone!!

I am sorry that the product you ordered did not work well for you. The Tranquility booster contour pad is a flow through pad that is meant to be used is disposable underwear or briefs. It does not have any adhesive on the back to make removal easier. Please contact our customer service department for a consultation so we can help you find a better solution to suit your needs.
