Great customer service, consistently fair prices, good quality.

I ordered bed rails and they arrived in a timely manner. Since I had ordered from there before and my billing information had changed, they called me before they shipped them to make sure there wasn't any fraud on my account. I appreciate that when a company takes the time to verify since fraud is so widespread. As soon as I did the verification they were immediately shipped. I have had 2 positive experiences and I will use them again if I need to.

Parentgiving did good job of ordering the lift chair that I ordered. The person I talked to was very personable and gracious. I'm sorry I misplaced her name. The one thing I would suggest in the future, is to do a follow up call to see how everything was with the chair! My mother is very satisfied with her new lift chair and wishes she would have found this before she bought her old Catnapper chair. Thank you, Doris my mother and Jim her son.

the cap/tel is great. it has many adjustments to personalize it to your needs that improve my phone calls that I only need the captions sometimes. it gets five plus stars from me. it's a great phone and its improved my calls 100%. you won't be disappointed paul
