The best products and company
The best products. The only ones that work for my husband. All others leak. They are comfortable too. And the customer service is above reproach: knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They have helped me in many ways.

Helen makes our experience so great
Helen makes our experience so great! She is such an awesome Person to work with. She makes everything run smooth. So kind, caring and compassionate. Thank You Helen. I do have a suggestion. When Ibplace a double order they pack it all in one huge box which we can’t get in. I have had to send to daughters home and Athen she brings it to us. My husband is 88 and I am 82 and both unable to bring them in. I suggest when orders placed maybe ask All in one box or two. Know it is an extra step to take but isn’t that what customer service is. Going the extra step. Us aging gracefully seniors do have limitations. Thank you and a blessed New Year to All. ❤️🕊️🙏🏻

You're always willing to accommodate
You're always willing to accommodate, whether I need another order of briefs earlier than scheduled or need to cancel an order because I have too many. Plus my orders arrive on time and in good condition. I do get a bit annoyed with the volume of texts you send, but not enough to stop you from sending them.
