I had purchased the Drive Medical Rollator (walker/wheelchair) and when it arrived, the box was in very bad condition (all dinged up with a couple holes) and the product had actually sustained some damage. This must have been due to rough handling by the delivery service. I called Parentgiving's customer service and was able to speak to an agent named Sandra, who was very understanding and accommodating and I received a replacement the next day! The replacement is in very good condition, with everything working smoothly. Important to note: the product opens up and folds only by releasing a red knob on the side. This important point does not seem to be mentioned in the accompanying pamphlet of instructions. In any case, hopefully in the future, Parentgiving can ask Drive Medical to give clear instructions to the delivery service to handle all packages carefully. Many thanks to Parentgiving's excellent customer care service -- the damaged product due to what I perceive was rough handling during shipment was an unforeseen circumstance so it's wonderful to have agents on hand that can immediately help remedy the situation.

Easy to work with. Fast service.

The site was easy to navigate, the price was 100 dollars cheaper than I could buy locally, and the service was excellent. Very little was required to put the Duet Rollator together to my surprise and it fits my purposes even better than I thought it would. The only glitch was with UPS . The address label is very small and they delivered it to the wrong apartment which was easily corrected by a thoughtful neighbor.

I couldn’t be happier with the prompt service I received from Parentgiving. We were not satisfied with the adult briefs my husband wore for incontinence, especially the overnight ones. Tranquility brand solved our problem and Parentgiving provided quick, competent service. Thank you.
