Good products, prompt delivery, excellent customer service!

The office clerks were very helpful when I had questions on why we had not received the mattress after 10 days. The mattress arrived damaged. There were rips in the fabric that occurred at the factory before it was wrapped in plastic for shipping. When we contacted the Parentgiving office to report the damage they gave us instructions. We sent them pictures of the damage and they arranged to send out a replacement mattress. They called my mother to inform her of how the process worked so she would be assured of smooth process. She got the new mattress and is happy. I will order from them again and will refer them to others.
