The scootter was a great price and the brand "The Drive Duet" kept my son from getting a wheel chair for me. The problem was not with Parent Giving, the problem was was the design of the scooter. Parent Giving may like to give advice: the front wheels need to be larger so going on trails and grasslands is easier. Also the front wheels need to be more forward. My son, who pushed me, kept saying"Sit up straighter or you will tip over." The scooter would get stuck in holes. He was ready to design another scooter. We did like the foot holder and the easy switching the seat's direction. You may like to send this to the company.

Thank you for your feedback on the performance of the Duet. We will pass them on to the manufacturer. We appreciate your taking the time to let us know where it can be improved.
