I must command a great respect for the person who took care of my questions, and order, a lady called" Maure", I called her Mauray, she was not only charming but helpful and went out of her way to find all of the details which concerned me. I am 92 and in November 93, but not prepared enough to encounter a problem after the delivery. The saddle, discussed thoroughly, was 35 inches high and in no way could be reduced, I called being told to turn the blue handle underneath, but, even a man neighbor tried and found it impossible. Then the repair department said they had no one to come and fix it, gave me a number, who could not either even offering to pay them $175.00 just to try, they refused, then no one would handle my cry for help except Maure who find a gentleman who helped me with the batteries to plug underneath the cage, it worked, but the saddle has not as yet been done, I am only 5 feet tall, when trying to feel well seated I feel like I could fall out because I have no strong support from the pedals. So, I cannot use it on the street in my small town, I have to wait to find someone to come and see if they can resolve the problem. So far, no one who has tried, told me there is something wrong with it. Otherwise, the product is beautiful, well built, and good looking and hope we can fix the saddle. Jacqueline S Mallen

Overall I think the Duet Transport Chair and Rollstor is pretty good. Little concern how long the red button that keeps the chair from accidentally folding up. A BIG word of CAUTION when using as a transport make sure someone is holding the chair from behind. My wife does not exceed the weight limit of the chair. I was not behind her the first time she attempted to sit. The position of the arm rest are too far forward of the pivoting casters causing the casters that are locked to come off the floor. It may help to be able to lock the pivoting casters also.

My review is a mixed one:there was an unexplained delay of one week in shipping my order,but when I e-mailed your company to inquire the reason for the delay I received an immediate phone response from a very sweet representative,who expedited the shipping. Therefore,a positive review but with reservations.

The product i ordered was some how damaged in transit, and their web site had it as delivered, i had to call them to have them to correct the situation.I think also the product i ordered should be sold in a bigger size than an 8 ounce little bottle, it,s not enough , and if the manufacture can't make a better size than they should be looking at other products !!!!!!!!

Has really helped my 89 year old Mom hear me when I call her. Only down side is that there is quite alit if feedback when she first answers the phone. For this reason, I deducted 1 star.

All of the products I ordered for my Dad worked great. The shipping was slow so don’t be in a hurry to get your purchase. The staff did follow up with me until I received all of my packages. I recommend this company. Jules
