Customer service is fabulous!! I received an order of Adult Daytime Disposable Underwear with at least half of the package containing defective underwear. When I contacted Customer service they were very professional, apologized for the inconvenience and had a total replacement order delivered to our door within 2 days. We have both Daytime and Overnight Products on Auto Delivery and get regular reminders in the event we need to make changes. I have adjusted the delivery date a couple of times and again customer service was extremely helpful and very accommodating in meeting our needs. I would recommend them to any person needing products for illness, incontinence, mobility and other dibilitating circumstances. They are timely, their product (s) are excellent and the prices quite reasonable.
