good product
This is a good, well fitting product. I did have some issues with the tabs at first but with practice and patience i was able to get past it and use it to my advantage.

Person answered phone was easy and nice…
Person answered phone was easy and nice to speak with. The Product I bought was extremely disappointing I was looking for a Pull-Up with FULL COVERAGE and it just has a thick piece of padding that obsorbes but when y'ou have diareah you need the entire back-end of the pull-up to fit your entire rear-end and the product I bout does not cover half a human rear-end, very poorly made.

A partner as I move into my old age.
Over the last year parentgiving has proven a reliable, helpful service provider. They have been prompt in delivery, quick correction of the few errors (1 in over 1 year) and generally being helpful as I tried to navigating life as I grew older.

Love the light weight design of this rollator, the ease of operation, particularly folding. Fabulous feature is the one button height adjustment which allows my mother to stand up without slumping over slightly as she does with her old rollator. Just wish cloth bar on front was metal, which would make it easier to guide rollator if necessary.

Excited/Disappointed
Excited/Disappointed Ten yrs. I had a stroke and one side effect was incontinence. I have spent hundreds of $ on different products so I was real excited when I found your web site. Even though they are a bit expensive I ordered 3 packs of the underwear that are similar to those used in space by the astronauts. I have decided not to buy them a second time since they didn't work as well as I thought they would. It doesn't mean that others shouldn't try them. Who knows, I might change my mind after going through the packs that I purchased.
