I can't say enough positive things…
I can't say enough positive things about this company! I always reached a representative quickly, the website was easy to use and informative. I received advance notice of shipments and confirmation of delivery. I had regular drop shipments of pull-up type briefs and overnight diapers for both parents in a nursing home, making sure I had quality product for them - not what the nursing home bought.

I purchased the Janibel Akord disposal…
I purchased the Janibel Akord disposal system for my mother who is in assisted living. Unfortunately it did not meet my expectations within the first 2 weeks. I called immediately to discuss the matter which was handled in the most efficient and professional manner. I must give the company 5 stars for their integrity and customer service. Denise
