Customer service is top rate
Customer service is top rate. Patricia was helpful caring and professional. Dry Direct premium protective underwear were less expensive than the Night Defense Depend and more absorbent. We will be reordering.

Excellent service
Parentgiving.com has been the easiest, most informative company I’ve dealt with for incontinence products. Being able to purchase samples of products I was interested in was incredibly helpful, I was able to find the right product for me. Shipping is quick and the packaging is discreet. I can't remember how I lucked upon your site but I have been really happy that I did. From the information given regarding the products that could help lighten my load and keep my husband more comfortable, the samples that were given so I didn't my a lot useless products; to refunding me when I did. The prices are reasonable and for us more affordable than other sites. What's not to love? Excellent customer service and quick response to emails and quick delivery. Thank you.
