The pull up was much shorter than my Tranquillity. Felt like it was slipping down.

I just do not like the delivery system and you have no control over that. I am homebound and they leave boxes too far from my door and I have to get people to come and bring them in. Sometimes if my cane can reach, I drag some smaller boxes to the house. It's just a difficult process for me and three times my credit card has been compromised so when I order there is always that possibility.

This is the second time they sent the wrong size purchased, but they are sending me the right size at no charge so I am happy. They have a good selection and product & easy to work with I always will order from them..

I would have given it higher marks, But the sizing is confusing, especially when dealing with seniors. I had to order two different sizes and I still not sure which size i"ll get. Other than that I think they will work out good. They appear to be very well constructed...

Although the diaper was for over night protection it wasn’t thick enough. I have a son with special needs and I had to put two diapers on him for night protection.

In this time of inflation, many of us have had to go with the challenge of stretching our often fixed budget. Hygiene products have become a necessary purchase and we rely on sale prices. Most of your sales are conditional to a specific size, color, product. I, personally, would prefer your sales to be more item inclusive.

Very expensive. No discounts to good customers.

I asked not to put both packages in the same box. They shipped it in one box. Hard for a 92 year old to handle.
