About Parentgiving

Every person in our organization is a current or former caregiver. Being passionate caregivers is critical to our ethos - remembering that we serve a fragile population (the aging and disabled) and their families - helping them arrive at better product solutions and expert application, better care, better aging - in their own home, or in the assisted living facility. Giving them hope, solving their problems, winning their business with every engagement. Delivering a world-class shopping experience and knowledge and insight and curated product solutions that cannot be replicated at the local chain pharmacy or Mega Mart or Online Marketplace. Our size and scale and approach ensure deep business relationships and true buying power with the best home health manufacturers and distributors in the business. We want long-term relationships with customers and have real caregivers answering the phones and ensuring every order and product is of great quality and value. We want to be the Sephora or Geek Squad of all things aging and caregiving related.

parenting.com delivered as expected and…
parenting.com delivered as expected and beyond! The product that I received, did do, it's due diligence! So, it was 2 adult diapers, for, transient, fecal incontinence! Due to fibromyalgia, and the effects of it with, IBS! Tested, it out, the 2 adult diapers and the, diapers,, around my body!! are, so collective of a lot of elastic/ vinyl! where they make me sweat, sweat, sweat! So, I contacted customer services via the internet with a message and they said almost all, of the type of products, will do similar things! So appreciated their honesty!!!! So, unfortunate!! that there isn't natural made products, to protect our bodies, from fecal incontinence! and excessive, sweat and heat! which, I'm sure, everyone in the Biz! knows! makes, for a perfect breeding ground for our beautiful! fungi and yeast!! Thanks! for the honesty!!! not a product for me!!!

Customer service is very responsive
Customer service is very responsive. Wait time is always very tolerable. The representatives take their time in making sure they address all concerns. Their system allows them to access customer information fairly quickly. Just a very customer centric process.
