This company had the extra absorbent briefs I was looking for to keep me dry overnight. Unfortunately the cost of these briefs along with the shipping costs were a little much for me to handle.

The product was perfect very sturdy good quality and I feel safe and comfortable utilizing it. Would recommend purchasing the product.

Initially I was impressed with the order arriving so quickly until I realized that it wasn't what I ordered. I contacted the customer service department and they were mortified that this type of mistake happened and took immediate action to replace it with the correct item, and ship it out. I ended up calling again because a considerable amount of time had passed and nothing arrived. Again, the customer service representative was very unhappy that I hadn't received the order yet, but also about the fact that I didn't get any email showing it had shipped. I immediately got an email with a tracking number and did finally receive my order. Thanks goes to the customer service representative for quickly handling these issues. The shipping portion wasn't their fault. That falls on FedEx. When I tracked my package it was literally 45 minutes away from my home but took 4 days to arrive. FedEx should be ashamed.

They had the product I wanted. The price was reasonable. It shipped quickly.
