Your order is schedule to be delivery today. I am sorry that you received the review prior to receiving your delivery. The review request is normally sent a week after the order has been placed because the majority of our orders are delivered in 1-3 business days. Your order was placed on September 3rd and shipped the following day from Pennsylvania and the delivery time is actually 5 business days. to Utah. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I am very sorry that you did not receive the products that you ordered. Our records indicated that the package was delivered on July 23 at 3:51pm and left with someone at your home. You mentioned that you had issued a chargeback with you credit card company. If you had contacted us to let us know that you had not received the package, we would have sent you a replacement order or processed a refund for you. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with your order and hope that you will reconsider ordering from us in the future.

We're sorry for the confusion. There were 2 orders placed, in separate accounts and we were unable to locate the orders, at first. Both orders were delivered and received in the main lobby/reception of your building. I apologize for the service you received and hope we can have another chance to make a better impression. Marlee, Thank you for sending us a Trustpilot review, although I’m sorry you were not pleased with the ProBasics Shower Bench without Back. We try to put all the dimensions of the products we sell on our website so that customers know what to expect. But instructions for assembly should have been included in the shipment, of course. We would have been happy to send them to you – were you able to complete the assembly? Your receipt for the order was sent to your above email address at the time of purchase. It is not included in the shipping box. It is true that a shower bench is considered hygienic and not returnable. As a courtesy I have put $6.95 worth of points into your account, to cover what you had been charged for shipping. Mr. Horcher, I apologize you did not see our complete return policy which is clearly stated on our website. Unfortunately when you called to cancel your order it had already shipped and it was too late to cancel. Yes the shipping costs today are very pricey. We do offer a "freeship" coupon on orders over $50.00

Barry, Thank you for submitting a Trustpilot review, although I’m sorry you were disappointed with shipping information. Your SafetySure Pivot Disc would normally have shipped from a warehouse closer to you than New Jersey. But that was the closest warehouse which had stock at the time of your order. It did take 4 business days to be delivered, and I apologize for that and any miscommunication regarding the shipment. This is not how we like to do business.
