I am very sorry that you were unable to return the item that you purchased. The item was an adult incontinence disposal system that you used. Most items are returnable. Exceptions are noted on the product page and include but are not limited to Special Order items, hygienic and sterile items, garments, cushions and pillows. Most items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, provided they are in resalable condition, new, unused and in the original retail packaging, and, if applicable, in their original sealed internal packaging, I sincerely apologize that we were unable to accommodate your return request.

I am very sorry that there was a problem initially with your order and glad to hear it was quickly rectified. The shelf life on the product you purchased is between 6 months and 1 year. I contacted the manufacturer and the maximum shelf life on the product is 1 year. I'm sorry the Dry Direct product did not work well for your husband. Even though they get many positive reviews, everyone has a different body type and what works well for one person may not work well for others. I have processed a no charge sample order for you with five different samples of pull ups. Please let me know how they work for your husband. If you think they work well but you might need a different size I will be happy to send those as well. I'm sure we can find the perfect product for your husband.
