Parent Giving has great customer service! They are trustworthy, reliable and great support. Thank you for all that you do!

Every person in our organization is a current or former caregiver. Being passionate caregivers is critical to our ethos - remembering that we serve a fragile population (the aging and disabled) and their families - helping them arrive at better product solutions and expert application, better care, better aging - in their own home, or in the assisted living facility. Giving them hope, solving their problems, winning their business with every engagement. Delivering a world-class shopping experience and knowledge and insight and curated product solutions that cannot be replicated at the local chain pharmacy or Mega Mart or Online Marketplace. Our size and scale and approach ensure deep business relationships and true buying power with the best home health manufacturers and distributors in the business. We want long-term relationships with customers and have real caregivers answering the phones and ensuring every order and product is of great quality and value. We want to be the Sephora or Geek Squad of all things aging and caregiving related.

I think the products offered are of superior quality. I ordered an item that wasn’t suited for my needs. Getting through to customer service via the phone number provided was difficult. When I did speak to a representative she was very helpful and offered to send me a select of free samples.

Product is good. Shipping IS NOT discreet

While I am pleased to hear that you are satisfied with your product, I am sorry that the delivery packaging was indiscreet. Can you advise me in what packaging it arrived and what was printed on it?

Great product selection with quick delivery time. The only problem was I over-ordered a particular item, which when arrived, were larger than I thought, thus I was going to return one of the packages. Parentgiving does not assist with return postage. The cost to ship it back to them was nearly the cost of the product. You just have to be sure what you want, and limit the quantity, in case you don't care for a specific product.

I finally found a product that works. The only thing I would ask would be to start a 2 day delivery option. Easy order, great product, what's not to like?

Recently my mom started running out a underwear between orders. Customer service answered my usage questions and jointly we were able to figure the most cost effective was to but more without overruling. This is a great help to an overburdened daughter. Thank you.

Pros: The diaper pail does keep odors contained and out of the room. It’s small enough that it can easily fit into the space nicely. It’s durable and well made. Cons: It doesn’t hold as many diapers as I thought it would so I need to change out the bag more often, which is obviously more costly. *I use it for my adult sister who wears an adult medium. Diapers that go into the pail are about 6.5” x 6.5” x 6.5”* The only thing I don’t like, is the pungent smell every time I change the bag (every other day). It is so strong and lingers even after spraying a room deodorizer. Before placing a diaper in the pail I sprinkle baking soda on the soiled area then double wrap the diapers in a scented (baking soda/Febreeze) bag. Then double wrap in a grocery or bread bag before placing in the pail. Diapers with a bowel movement are taken to the outside garbage can and never placed in the diaper pail. My sister’s room is directly off the kitchen...not an ideal location for wafts of diaper pail odor. Thankfully we live in a warmer climate so I can empty the pail outside. I have many severe back issues so carrying the full can outside to empty is a struggle. The smell does remain inside the pail so I wipe down with vinegar and sprinkle with baking soda then leave the door open to air out until the next diaper change. Bottom Line: it’s much better than no diaper pail and it keeps the room odor free. If the bags had baking soda and a stronger scent it would help so changing the bag wouldn’t be so smelly.
