I spoke with your wife and she confirmed you still have the product and provided me with the lot # that was on the package. I informed your wife we will issue a full credit and asked her to hold on to the product for at least 3 weeks while an investigation of the product is completed. Hi Fred, Thank you for responding to the Trust Pilot Report. I believe you may be referring to the shipping coupon you previously brought to our attention. While the coupon is available for orders over $50.00, we did place 695 ($6.95) worth of Reward Points into your account. The same value as a shipping coupon, to use towards any future order. Customers can use their reward points in addition to any coupon available for most orders. I am sorry for this confusion. And will be happy to help you further. Sarah, I'm so sorry your order was delayed. We would never expect you to handle the problem directly with the carrier - we are happy to do so on your behalf. I called the warehouse and there was a problem with the shipment that we had been unaware of, so I'm glad you brought it to our attention. We are shipping out the Probasics Raised Toilet Seat again today with an overnight delivery. Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience..
