I ordered a skin cream, paid with CC and got the product. It was excellent. I went back to order more and expected to be ushered right through to purchase. Instead I was asked to sign in again. You didn't accept my password. Your instructions said to click if I had forgotten my password and you'd send a code by email. The code never arrived. The next day I tried again and I did receive a code, but when I keystroked it into the code box a sign came up telling me that the code needed to be six numbers. It HAD six numbers right there beneath your statement. Then it said to call an 888 number for help. That's a big ask considering I'd already spent 30 minutes fooling around with various attempts to comply with your requests. There's other sites offering the same product. The “bariatric” shower stool you sold is cheap plastic that wobbles when a 75-pound weight is placed on it. No way it would be safe for an overweight adult. Add in your no returns policy, and I’m out nearly $75 for a piece of junk that went straight to the landfill. And you’ve got an unhappy one-time customer sure to warn anyone who will listen about your misrepresentations.

I never received my order so I had to go out and buy something else.

These Cottonelle flushable wipes has just cost us $425.00. They caused our entire water line to clog up. The plumber who did the work said it was definitely the Cottonelles that did the damage. Flushable??? Beware.

I placed my order on 12/9 and have not anything since.

I recently purchased a "Drive Medical Splash Defense Transfer Bench" from Parentgiving, for my 95-year-old father, who recently passed away. We received the bench quickly, but because of my father's rapidly declining health, we never had a need for it, and I never opened the package. My father recently passed away, and after the funeral, I got to cleaning up the house, tying up loose ends, etc. One of those loose ends was to return the unused, unopened bench to Parentgiving. It turns out that PG has an entirely arbitrary 30-day return policy. I contacted them a little over 60 days after my purchase. They are refusing to accept the return. But, yeah--I get it. I had more important things to deal with than returning a shower transfer seat at the time. I was hoping a company that prides itself on compassion would be more...compassionate. Needless to say, I am not happy about this situation. I was busy getting my father in and out of hospitals, rehab centers, and, eventually, a funeral home in the last two months. I expected better from a company named "Parentgving." I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to recommend AGAINST buying from a company with such heartless policies.

Insufficient warning that $50 item could not be returned for sanitary reasons, even if never used and in original packaging. It's hardware, for crying out loud. Now I'm stuck with a product I can't use. Will never do business again with Parentgiving.

lack of honest disclosure and or willingness to align customer service with the much needed integer of customer care. Do Parentgiving really care for their customers or care how the company is perceived>?
