The package arrived in tattered pieces. The product was not damaged but it not a product I would buy again. The disposable pants are so padded and rough material I am just going to give them to. A nursing home. Not at all what I was led to believe. With in minutes - not hours or days a refund was posted for my purchase with a promise to raise the issue with the vendor DryDirect. Front seam keeps breakjng apart. Never happened before.

Unwilling to process full refund of unopened, more precisely still in shipping boxes that were never opened. Products were ordered on May 25, 2021. My father passed away on June 1, 2021 and was in the hospital from. May 27 till his passing. An offer of less than the cost of order is supposed to be refunded and we are not required to return products. The restocking fee of 5% and 15% would apply and shipping would have been our responsibility. Under the circumstances, it feels like a gut punch and a company policy requiring RMA to return items, but not giving us the option leaves a very nasty taste in our mouths. I would caution anyone dealing with seniors to think twice before ordering from parentgiving.com I am updating this review as of 10/11/2021, the partial refund has yet to appear on his credit card statement. The account has been closed, but it stills can accept refunds or returns

Parentgiving.com has let me down and made a difficult personal time helping my parents through a tough medical tragedy even more painful. ——- Parentgiving.com responded immediately to my review however they have yet made an effort to resolve the issue, rather they seem to be focused on avoiding blame or accountability. I’m more disappointed than ever for choosing to conduct business with parentgiving.com Here are more details about the transaction. Order placed on Wednesday Received email the same day stating the order needed clarification because the shipping address was different than the billing address. This is because I was shipping the product directly to my parents (Who have the same last name). I called the phone number specified in the email on Wednesday but was sent to voicemail where I left a message with all the necessary details. I asked for a call back. I did not receive a call back on Wednesday I did not receive a call back on Thursday On Friday I sent a follow up email asking for an update and a call back. I did not receive a call back on Friday I did not receive a call back on Saturday I did not receive a call back on Sunday.. rather on Sunday I received another email reiterating a need to clarify the reason for a different Shipping address than billing.. which for some reason is not obvious to them. I responded again with the necessary details and gave call back info. They emailed back wanting to schedule a phone call the following week. I understand if there’s a policy requiring clarification when a billing address is different than a shipping address, however it’s ridiculous that parentgiving.com fails to follow up. They’re probably a good company to work with 99% of the time, they just don’t seem to know what to do that last 1% of the time.

The item I ordered didn't work as it should so returned it. The cost of return shipping was almost as much as the item itself. I was not happy to be hit with a $17+ charge for returning it.

This company is a ripoff! I paid almost $70 for a product that Walmart sells for a round $8.00 I'll never do business with them again.

Delivery was left at door or that is what they said It is assisted living and it need to go inside to the lobby. It is on a busy street. I do not know why anyone would leave something outside of the door? It was never received waiting for another!! Waiting!!!

Hello the first time i used your company. The order was sent to my address and I put in the nursing home address. The complete order was not received so I called and the person on the phone had no clue and blamed it on fed ex. So they sent the items not ordered out and i received them at my address to complete the order. This weekend i took the order to the nursing home in Wisconsin and the part of the order i was missing was there. So the order was sent to two different places.
