The underwear was too small. I ordered my correct size but got a smaller size. Way too expensive to try that again.

Check sizing, these run smaller than other brands, Poor fit created side leaks for me, I did not find them to be more absorbent and did not like the outer material. I had high hopes for these But they did not meet my expectations.

It leaked , it leaked all over. I was looking for something that was going to be better than depends that I buy at the grocery store. This was definitely not.

The covering fabric on the booster pad is open on one side and when the pad is worn the inside layer shreds. It is necessary to use a glue stick to fasten the top covering together. The pads are great otherwise. This is a problem that developed at the beginning of this year. They did send replacements, however, the new ones were not any better.

Product was not true to size. Disclosure was not given regarding return expense. Overall, it was a loss. I ended up with no product and spent $65 to return ship. On the positive side, Helen in customer service was very responsive to emails but not clear about the return costs.

The order I put in for "briefs" was really a diaper. So we have 2 cases of diapers that my brother does not use. If you could send me a shipping label to send these 2 boxes back it would be much appreciated.
