the first lady i spoke with was rude…
the first lady i spoke with was rude ...i didn't want to finish my call but i had to recalled to check why i had 2 confirmations on my email and it was a mistake that i ordered 2 pkgs but the 2nd lady took care of everything for me ....very happy

Wouldnt buy this product again for…
Wouldnt buy this product again for human use. Might work for pets. Dont recommend for adults. Save your money. Find another product. These are wimpy and provide minimal protection. Plus they're flimsy and wont stay in place.

I was sent the wrong size
I was sent the wrong size. When I called to exchange, the woman argued with me. Tge least she could have done was offered an option.....even if she said I did order the wrong size according to her....nothing. very rude. Won't ever buy from her nor recommend this company.

You erroneously placed your order externally for one pack of Dry Direct Underwear in size small. It would not have been cost effective for you to return this pack of product for a refund, since you would have been responsible for the shipping charges.

Never receivAed the item they did not…
Never received the item they did not know it was out of stock. Send another brand as replacement never got it out stock. Very disorganized compa.
