Erica, I am very sorry that you chose not to return the item. The return policy for every item is listed on each of the product pages where you would add the item to your cart. As we explained in a previous email, we do not offer exchanges, it would have to be 2 separate transactions. With Amazon Prime, there is also a yearly fee to have free shipping. You did not pay for shipping on your order because you used one of our coupons. I apologize that the return policy was not what you expected. Thank you for your feedback.

Robin, I checked with our warehouse and your return has not been processed yet. Can you check the tracking you received when you returned the phone and determine if the warehouse has received it yet? If you are not sure how to do that just send me the tracking number and I will do it for you. Refunds usually take 21 business days to be completed. Let me know your tracking number and I will follow up on it for you.

As per our telephone conversation today. I am sorry that the strap did not fit your king size bed. It should fit both a California king and a king size bed. Thomas, I can see when you placed the order in February you ordered the M330 Janibell Disposal System but unfortunately ordered the 280 series liners. You should always order the liners with the same number as the disposal system (330). But I also see that in July you called us and we placed an order for you with the correct liners. I hope they have been working well for you. When you need liners again in the future, just call us and we will be sure to order the correct liners again. I see that at the time you placed your order, there was a coupon for 5% off and free shipping. You did use the free shipping coupon with your order. I have added $5.10 in reward points to your account which is the additional 5% that you would have received if you had used the other coupon.
