Quality Products, quick shipping. Normally accurate however this time missing one item. Have ordered in the past and always been complete. Waiting on a resolution but the customer service seems to be helpful. Haven’t received word on the correction but am confident with past experiences it will be handled properly and I will continue to purchase from them. I be would recommend their products and customer service. Update: issue resolved satisfactorily and I am completely satisfied with very little effort.

The products I have purchased have been poorly packed.
The products I have purchased have been top-notch, doing what they are designed to do. However, I have experienced problems with packing and shipping. on one occasion when I purchased 6 packages of size Medium briefs, I received 1 package of Mediums and 5 of Large. Also, cartons are not filled and sealed properly. There is too much space left above the contents that allows for damage to the carton. The most recent two shipments, for example, have arrived with cartons visibly damaged, partially opened and retaped. The most recent shipment had one item missing. If Parentgiving can resolve their packing problem, I would give them 5 stars.

Did not actually receive actual one-on-one service; but after googling and researching for a time, found your site (your site did not come up before others) but I am so glad I found you. Although price is higher, the quality is much better from any other area store or other online site we have ordered. Received your order very quickly. The DryDirect Ultimate underwear is worn day and night. Thank you for your service!
