I order Sept 2 at 12:22 pm through Kathy. That was a Thursday. It was not sent to FedEx until Friday evening at10:34 pm. My Order will not get here until Sept 8 before end of day. I am not happy with distribution center at Parentgiving. I am out a underwear due to circumstances I could not help. Six days is to long for us to have to wait.

I am happy with my experiences with customer service. It's the shipping of returns/deliveries that I don't think are timely. Also, I received samples that stated M and fit, but were not true to sizr when I received them. I lost money with the opened package and the cost of the shipping. Neither of which have been settled. Still waiting for refund and new shipment.

Wife and I are on auto order. I received my order on time but the wifes order did not come. Called to verify and it did not ship due to some snafu, it took over a week to get this fixed. We both like your product but will not stand this type of treatment by anyone, even a supervisor. Be aware that I have no problem searching for a different supplier. Fed-Ex had nothing to do with this, it's YOUR shipping dept.

My most recent order took 1 week to arrive from day of order. This was unusually slow.

There were no problems with my order, but there are not enough choices on this site.

This adult diaper is thicker than Depends and therefore presumably more absorbent but it was not. My wife has a subi pubic catheter and it leaked out of the diaper actually worse than the Depends. The edges of your diaper do not contain the leakage as well as Depends.

I ordered a three wheel scooter so It would go in small places like the one I have. (Same model). It was larger at around the front base taller with a bulky steering wheel. The box got thrown away as soon as it was opened and now I can’t return it without paying a bunch of extra fees. I am now stuck with a very expensive item I cannot use.

I am looking for an incontinence product that will keep me dry all night. I have tried everything I see advertised, such as yours. I can only stay in bed for about 4 or 5 hours until my bed is wet. This even by using 2 booster pads as well as the underwear which is advertised to do more than that. I believe there is not a product made that will help me. Fortunately, I have very good waterproof bed pads that keep my bed nice and dry so my husband suggests I not use the incontinence underwear and booster pads and simply let the waterproof bed pads catch the urine, but that's not feasible as my skin would break down if I laid in it. Can you find a product that can help me? I have not visited friends or even my kids, nor have I gone to church in 3 years during this terrible plague of not being able to stay dry long enough. I so fear I will wet someones chairs, sofas and pews at church. We attend church in Sun City, a community for retired and elderly folks and I marvel that the older ladies are able to be there every time the doors open. Can you help me, please?
