Customer service is OUTSTANDING! Dry Direct ultimate protective underwear is just that! They work far better than store bought pull up style undergarments. I love that they can be ordered in black or white. They are soft, not noisy, and pull up and down easily throughout the 4-8 hours I wear one. Other brands rip after pulling off and on a couple of times. I live in Texas where it has been 100° + most of this summer. Dry Directs stay dry. I don’t notice being sweaty underneath them.
