Thank you for submitting a Trust Pilot review and for being a returning customer. We're sorry you were not pleased with the delivery of your last order, where the items were sent in three different shipments. We always ship from the warehouse nearest to you but not every warehouse has the same stock all the time. In that case, the item will ship from the next closest warehouse with stock. That is what happened with your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We called the manufacturer of the Ultrasorbs Air-Permeable SuperDry Underpads to see if there have been any changes that would make them less absorbent, but was told no changes have been made. However, we would like to find an underpad that works well for your situation. Two samples of our best selling underpads are being sent to you at no charge. Please call our Customer Care Team at 888-746-2107 if you need further assistance in selecting another product. Thank you.

We received your review and are sorry you were disappointed by the delivery timing. I see you ordered on the weekend before Christmas. You are right, the holiday did delay your shipment. There were no pick ups until the day after Christmas, on the 26th, and your order was delivered the next day, on the 27th. But of course, from your point of view, that was 5 days after ordering and I can understand your frustration. I have put $10 worth of points into your account, if we should be fortunate enough to have another order from you. Added to the points you already have accrued, there is $16.12 waiting to be applied. We can help you place an order if you are not sure how to redeem your points. Also, if you would like to know when an order of yours will ship and be delivered, just give us a call. We can contact the warehouse and give you a good estimate. It’s probably a good idea to anticipate a little longer than usual shipping during holidays. Again, I’m sorry you did not receive your shipment quicker.

I'm very sorry you were unhappy with the disposal unit. The double doors should keep the order contained.When the inner door is opened some odor will escape. Was that the case or were you having a problem even when both doors were closed?
