Refused to return/exchange item
I bought a side mirror from their site that matched all the specs for my vehicle (model, make, year, trim). Their vin number search does not find anything for my cars vin number (2017 KIA). The item description stated power folding. I received the item and plugged it into my vehicle to test it. It did not fold. I called them twice on the day I received the item and got voice mail both times. I left a message and by the afternoon of the following day, I had not yet received a call back. I decided to email them with my situation. I then received an email stating that since I had installed the part, they could not exchange it. I explained that their website description for the item is incorrect, and that I hadn't installed it, only tried the plug to see if using the folding button in my car worked on it, but they did not want to honor even an exchange. I am now down about $300 and have to purchase the correct item for my vehicle. In this day and age, I wasn't expecting such poor customer assistance. Steer clear!
