First rate customer service and highly recomend
After reading the review here and another website that even stated: "We checked parallelminer.com and we are unsure if the website is legit. The review of parallelminer.com is somewhat low according to our computer algorithm.", I was sure if I should buy from them. However, I decided to give it a try since it cost only $25. The item was prompt packaged and sent out to me! I could not wait to test it out and found it did not work. I immediately wrote them a DOA and requested a replacement or refund. They responded just few hours later saying sorry and a new item had been shipped! I don't think anyone can find a better customer service than that! It turns out that the item was not defect but because I did not use power to boot it up!
