Exceptional Technical Capability with Room for Operational Fine-Tuning
Working with Parah Group on our live commerce infrastructure has yielded strong technical outcomes. Their engineering team brought a deep understanding of high-concurrency e-commerce systems, helping us refactor key checkout pipelines and significantly reduce latency during high-volume live stream events. They integrated smoothly into our fast-paced sprint cycles and consistently delivered high-quality code that solved complex architectural challenges. The primary area where they can improve is early-stage communication and onboarding; during the first few weeks, alignment on documentation standards and off-hours status updates required more friction than expected. However, once the operational cadence was established, Parah Group proved to be a highly dedicated, outcome-driven engineering partner that operates like a natural extension of our internal team.
