I requested a payout almost 3 weeks ago. When I reach out to support I get rude comments. I’ve reached out on IG and have been left on read. This does not correlate with the 5 day time standard given. Payouts are being posted but I’m not getting paid. Once a payout is given I’ll think about giving a higher rating. The payout certificates being posted are FAKE! It’s been 2 MONTHS since I requested and I keep getting the run around as too when I’ll be getting paid! Don’t waste your time and money!

Still have not received payout. It’s been over the timeframe advertised on the website. I have passed my account and waited the 2 weeks to request and it’s now been over a month since my request and still no payout. I am in communication with legal counsel at this point. The only reply I receive is “we are still processing your payout” and there are other advertised payouts well above what mine is. Newly registered in the United States and still acting like a fraudulent company. I am not happy 😠

The best prop firm out there. I always get paid out. SIKE READ BELOW 5 stars to 1 4/28/25 UPDATE: If you have multiple payouts pending after your second payout. So 3, 4, and 5 payouts pending then your account will be avoided for 4+ months to be told if you're approved or declined your payouts. So in essence this is a falsely advertised company, they do not do "bi-weekly" payouts. More like "bi-monthly" (maybe) payouts... Live support and email support will avoid you in this time. Their owner will do the same if you have contact with him. They have "faces" of their company or "salesmen" that will demand a percentage of your payout to get your payout faster and "skip the line/payout queue" Very shady business. Don't waste your time or money AVOID THIS PROP FIRM AT ALL COSTS

Terrible, bought funded won’t even give account and won’t responde.

Started a few months ago, now it is time for a first payout… let’s find out if we get it… 13-9-24: Update: no payout……!!! 14-9-24: Update 2, reply to reaction of Paradise Capital: I did drop that on Instagram, weeks ago… Last week you informed me; no payout… I also send you an email about this strange matter… can you please check your email & reply? When payouts will occur & continue, I will change my review again….

Paradise Capital does not respond to my payout request and keeps ignoring me when it comes for them to payout even with consistency being below 50%. Do not buy this firm if you want any money from your trades!
