I have been waiting 3 weeks to get paid but yet I see so many comments with people saying how good this company is so the 2 don’t add up

I requested a payout on Nov 1st and still haven’t got my payout. All them people they post are fake and it’s payed advertising. Cause it’s supposed to be 5-10 business days and it’ll be done. That’s bs. Every time you message them they say your payout is under review or processing. Like shjt so irritating and wasted my entire time for nothing. Kus imhom akhwat sharmota bro

by far the worst prop firm to date. They are all a money grab and then they pay to get fake reviews. People have been pending payouts for over 2+ months now. By far the biggest let down.

I have been trying to verify my account for days! To verify the account you need to post the front and back of a form of ID. I keep taking a picture of my driver's license; however, my photos never get accepted. I try my best to make sure the picture on the front and back of my driver's license is clear, taken in good lighting, straight, and doesn't have a reflective glare. However, the Sumsub tool that Paradise Capital AI uses is not good at verifying valid documents. I contacted support to help me with the KYC verification process. I sent an email on December 9th, and I sent a follow-up email on December 12th. Both emails have been ignored! This is ridiculous! The customer service is so poor. I can't even begin to imagine what it will be like waiting for a payout.

We did not exceed 5% loss of our account and they closed the account! Furthermore, the system appears to have glitched as our stop losses were far more conservative than this and somehow it kept going. We have attempted on multiple accounts to explain this and the customer service is almost non existent.

Still waiting. I requested a payout in end of October and nothing. If you like to be lied to, stole from and completely disrespected then this is the company for you. Don’t believe any 5 star reviews. They only post in hopes of getting a payout.

Despite completing the necessary steps and paying extra for my account, my recent withdrawal request has been met with constant delays. To make matters worse, my account was reset without any explanation, wiping out all my trading history and earnings. I have been promised time and time again that my issues would be resolved, but nothing has been done. Now, I’m being told to wait even longer for my funds, even though I’ve been waiting patiently for weeks. This company has shown complete disregard for its customers, and I am deeply disappointed by their lack of communication and failure to honor their commitments. I would advise anyone considering using their platform to think twice, as I am now taking my experience to the media and sharing it across social media to warn others. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Paradise Capital. They are untrustworthy and unprofessional.

No payout for over 50 days - Have been waiting for my EARNED payout from Paradise Capital for over 50 days!! No response to emails, no explanation, no nothing! What happened? I met the consistency rate requirement for withdrawals. Then their system changed my consistency rate to a level that denied me payment! Have sent explanations that this is wrong, but no response for over 50 days! This happened as they were moving to a new website, but others have since said the same thing. This is not right! It's not fair! It's not ethical! When I get my payout, I will update this review. For now, watch out before you invest in Paradise Capital.
