Took 2 hours to get my pizza

I have never experienced service this bad in my life. I spent over $25 on a pizza order and tipped. I live in a small 1,000-square-foot home with two large, loud standard poodles who lose their minds when anyone comes near the door. The driver claimed she knocked loudly and called. That simply did not happen. If someone so much as breathes on my porch, my dogs announce it to the entire zip code. When I called the store, I spoke with a man named Derek who was argumentative, dismissive, and disrespectful. He made it very clear that he believed I was wrong and offered no apology, no solution, and no accountability before abruptly ending the call. Let me ask the obvious question: Why would I spend $25 plus a tip on a pizza, then fail to notice a delivery attempt — especially while sitting inside a house with two barking dogs — and then have to call the store myself to track it down? That makes no sense. I then contacted text support — useless. I called customer support and spent an embarrassing amount of time trying to resolve this, only to be told the general manager would contact me today. I waited. No call came. So I called back, only to be told that my complaint had already been closed by the store manager. Closed. By the very store I was complaining about. With no resolution, no replacement, no refund, no apology — nothing. All I got was two hours of wasted time, cold pizza, and an all-around miserable experience that cost me money and patience. What is the point of Papa John’s customer feedback system if stores are allowed to close their own complaints without corporate oversight or customer consent? I am 57 years old and have worked in customer service for over 30 years. If I was treated this dismissively, I can only imagine how college students and others are being handled — especially given this store’s proximity to ETSU. I will not order from this location again, and I will not stay quiet about how poorly this was handled.

Papa John’s new call center order taking is the dumbest thing they’ve ever done. I switched to any other pizza options since they did this

tastes absolutely terrible it was delivered in a timely fashion but jesus christ no customer support price or delivery wait is worth that awful flavour

I downloaded the app then placed an order for a large pizza looking at checkout for a promo code option but for some reason it was on the home screen at the bottom. Then after all this I order it at 7 40 pm UAE time it arrives at 10 pm. While I am waiting for the pizza a 15 day valid code pops up expired in June and it is September. I call customer service twice at 8 40 pm after waiting an hour after I ordered the place is 5 minutes on maps BTW. They had said it was cancelled I went to bed and a random number is calling me with the pizza at 10 04 pm. I tried explaining to him but we were confused as each other his timeline was 15 minutes. In the end we got cold pizza. Horrible papa John's

Zonder saus besteld wordt nog gebeld of het klopt dat er geen saus op zit. Dat bevestigd . En 2 pizza's met duidelijke rode saus erop bezorgd!? Op de doos staat 2 keer geen saus....... Bedankt voor niets

It was in late , like 45 mins and after all the driver was rude . A d when I told them I'm gonna complain, the man on the phone told me me , ok , ot is alright, everyone complain.... I Payed a lot of money for something I don't know what I received... it is pizza or spit? I couldn't eat anyway
