The 1:3 Releaf tincture, 30-60 minutes before going to bed, adds 2-3 hours of sleep per night. I'll sleep 6 hours typically without it, and 8-9 hours of spectacular sleep with it. Thanks!

Papa & Barkley is the best medicine. I'm a cancer patient and have been fighting the cancer with cannabinoids. For this and most medicinal purposes one needs full spectrum, whole plant extracts. I've searched around and Papa & Barkley stands above the rest. The crew there is very helpful and have gone way out of their way to help me in my journey. We are a ways from finding a cure for cancer with cannabinoids, but the cure is in there. I can't say for sure yet if my combination of cannabinoids is working, but I'm winning the battle at this point... war is TBD.

I take one releaf capsule a day for anxiety and fibromyalgia and this makes my life more mentally enjoyable and physically pain free. On work days I take the 1:3 CBD capsules and on weekends I take the THC rich capsules. I can function fine with both. This product is amazing.
