Absoloutely terrible service - I have been with them for years and very rarely got good or timely support. Entire servers just dissapear and they take weeks to find a solution or access the sites that were lost. Don't even think about requesting they restore a backup! They clearly advertise on their plans the exact words "automated daily cpanel backups" but if you ever ask for one to be restored you'll be told "No, it's too much work - we only keep backups for our use not yours" Constantly suspending accounts for "Malware" that definitely DO NOT HAVE MALWARE. I have many whm/cpanel servers on my own hardware and vps's and I pay a monthly fee for malware software on all of them. Not ONCE have I found any of my sites to have any malware - when I migrate them to my main servers and scan them. But still I get sites suspended for it on Panelsecure almost every day. As a control experiment I created a fresh cpanel account and installed a default wordpress on it with their own cpanel tools only. Then never logged into it or touched it. Within hours it was suspended for malware - same day.

I agree that panelsecure.com is a terrible service, we have contracted it for some clients and every so often they block our clients' IPs, they take at least 4 hours to respond (and up to 12 on occasions), which is terrible for a company who needs your services. In addition, as an additional negative point, they block IPs permanently, when for security reasons it should be a few minutes to a few hours at most if there is an attack, not permanently. On another occasion they blocked a cpanel under the argument that there was malware, but that cpanel contained a wordpress with months of installation, without any problem, they should have blocked it at the time of uploading it, not months later. Frankly, that provider is rubbish and simply not worth hiring.

Their support is pathetic. They don't give a hell about their customers. They just want to get money. That's it.

From my 3+ years experience with Panelsecure hosting companies I now DON’T TRUST UNBELIEVABLY CHEAP OFFERS ANYMORE! Why? because they leave you with your trouble alone most of the times because they don’t really keep the backups and you have a great chance to lose your data because they offer you “unlimited” space but instead just cut you off when you reach the real limit (which is always there) They also limit your upload files size to 50MB max and very little PHP Memory. Same person called Shirley will answer all and every question, be it Support, Billing, Sales. they would usually give you a brief standard answer to close the ticket without solving your reported issue. Finally, you won't have access to your account panel all times as your IP will be automatically blocked every now and then (after 3rd failed login attempt or 10th successful one). You will have to Wait until they unblock you again...

Terrible and rude customer service experience from their representatives and huge (months) time delays in resolving issues which keep re-occuring. This service is just not worth the headache despite their price.

Constantly going down - not worth the savings as it has cost us thousands of dollars in lost revenue. Last response was it would take them 30 days to cure and we should not bother them until they have resolved the issue. they indicated the had 1200 websites to propagate to new servers. In the interim we lost all of our data, email contacts, the site has been off and on for weeks and the customer service can not be reached.

If your first experience with a company is unsolicited spam, it's downhill from there.
