Funds locked due to internal system errors – Poor support response
I am currently dealing with a very frustrating situation with Pallapay. My account holds 0.71244778 LTC, which is completely blocked by their system. When I try to convert or withdraw my funds, their platform's interface displays an error ("amount too low" or restriction errors), preventing any action. Yet, when I contacted support, their response was dismissive, claiming that "assets are not frozen" and telling me to just withdraw them myself—completely ignoring the technical error on their own interface that makes withdrawal or conversion physically impossible. They are practically holding my money hostage by creating false technical barriers and automated copypaste replies. If you value your crypto, avoid using this platform. Status: Funds stuck due to platform bugs/restrictions.
