I have been waiting for my order since September 14. I contacted the company twice and the second time I did so I was given a tracking number and I was able to track the package and it was supposed to be delivered that very same day. About 9 o’clock at night I got an email letting me know that this delivery company attempted to deliver my package, but I was not home. I was home and there was no knock on the door and there was no ring of the doorbell. Perhaps the person just didn’t feel like it and just said that they tried to deliver the package? I sent a complaint over because they said in the email they would attempt to redeliver within the next 24 to 48 hours. I told them to just leave it outside the door, because obviously they don’t care if I’m home or not anyway. I also said if they can’t do that to please just return the package to the company. It is some delivery service that I’ve never heard of called Uni- never had a problem with Amazon,USPS, UPS or FedEx. I am starting to believe that this is a scam and I recommend you not to purchase. They also give the impression that they are an American-based company and apparently they are not

Just bad, ordered well over 2 weeks ago. The order still hasn't shipped. I bought this as a gift based on their shipping timeframes and it should be here by now. Even though it hasn't left their warehouse they wont cancel the order. They say that I have to wait for it to leave, get delivered and then return it at my expense. I will not use them again and advise that you ship elsewhere.

Ordered 2+ weeks ago, no further emails about status. Website says it's preparing to ship for 2 weeks, contacted them and got a bunch of excuses that they have too many orders and international shipping (to the US) is delayed. What a crock!

Starting to feel like i got scammed. I paid for express shipping and it has been 11 days and it's still "ready to ship" have contacted by email and have got nothing but excuses. Don't offer express shipping if it's not express.

Ordered online through Facebook ad. Vendor declared item as "shipped" according to their website and their own email yet the order number shows it has not left their own facility. I contacted customer service through their website but I get nothing but excuses. This website, Facebook ad and vendor are a complete scam.

I never received my order

I'm beginning to wonder if I got scammed by this company. I ordered a kit on August 26th and still have not gotten it. I emailed them and asked them about it and they finally shipped it but still nothing and it's been going on two weeks You can't tell me that my review is not fair these are my honest feelings not yours it's been going on two weeks

I was asked to write a review before the item even left China, so here’s my review. It’s been 15 days since I placed my order and my package has not made it to the USA yet. Maybe wait to ask for a review until we actually receive the item? All this did was highlight to me the very slow shipping. It took 9 days just to ship the item.
