Alec was incredibly helpful!!! I went through the program and it was beneficial but the continued support afterwards has been unmatched! I was skeptical as I literally had been dealing with chronic pain for years and tried many TMS programs but I felt very drawn to this one and I’m glad I listened to my gut and went with it. I did have a single one on one session with Alec and it changed everything for me!! He guided me to what I really needed to do for myself and ever since I’ve been making incredible leaps and bounds in my progress! I felt so stuck for so long but with this program and Alec’s compassionate ways and never ending support I feel like I’m quickly heading towards full recovery not just to recover from one symptom to go onto a new one which is all I ever achieved until now. This also taught me to live more true to myself which is invaluable. Thank you so much Alec, you literally saved my life!

I had suffered from migraines since I was a teenager. I believed something was physically wrong with me, and was always fearful of when my migraines would strike again. Over the course of a month’s coaching with Alec and his Pain Free Comeback Method, I learned what truly triggered my migraines - not my perceived allergies - but my repressed emotions. My name is Ben and I was a competitive age group triathlete for many years. As I became more competitive I begun to experience what I later realized were TMS symptoms. For me this was muscle spasms/pain primarily in the upper leg. This progressed to a level where it would prevent me from performing basic functions of my normal life, not to mention took me out of racing. I tried every medical test under the sun and spent over $10,000 on tests, screenings, MRI's, etc... I even had one doc tell me I likely had early onset ALS or MS. I really felt my days of doing the things I loved most were over. I first found Dr. Sarno's literature which led me to Alec and his Pain Free Comeback method through a fellow athlete who had achieved recovery. My work with Alec was profound and highly effective. I made progress physically and took huge leaps forward on a deeper personal level all of which helped reduce symptoms. I've return to many of the activities I previously could not and remain optimistic for the future.

Working with Alec has really been a life-changing experience for me. His Pain Free Comeback Method has literally given me back my life. I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue in 2016 after over 6 battling debilitating exhaustion, regular collapses, headaches and cognitive problems. After exhausting all medical avenues, I took things into my own hands, listened to my body and gradually began my recovery. 8 years later, I had built my capacity back to about 70% and I had fully accepted that was my new life. I was 46 years of age but I couldn't get through a day without rests, I couldn't run or do any cardio exercise, I had to build in recovery days after big work or life events. I constantly lived in fear of collapsing and relapsing. I bumped into Alec at an event in January 2024 and I immediately connected with him and was fascinated by his story of recovery. I never believed that he would bring me back to full health but he was the first person that I truly trusted to try. So, I signed up to his pain-free comeback with zero expectations. One month in, I did my first run. Two months in, I was regularly running 5k with no impact, did not need to take daily rests and my energy levels felt completely transformed. But what surprised me most was how much confidence I had gained. I didn't realise just how much my self esteem had been effected by the chronic fatigue. I had really lost my sense of self. Alec addressed old wounds and reoccurring patterns that were present long before the chronic fatigue diagnosis. I feel like he unlocked a door that I didn't even know was closed. I have such a strong awareness now of my mind and my body and when I do occasionally revert to old patterns, I catch it quickly and I use the tools and resources Alec taught me to get back on track. I will be eternally grateful to Alec and cannot recommend his Painfree Comeback highly enough.

I began working with Alec and his Pain Free Comeback Method after seven months of debilitating back pain from two herniated discs -- and no relief from physical therapy, chiropractor, acupuncture, etc. Despite uncertainty about a mind-body approach, I figured I had nothing to lose. I am so glad I went for it. I gained valuable insight into the connection between thoughts/emotions and physical well-being -- and the scientific data to back it up. More significantly, in just a month, my pain decreased significantly, allowing me to resume activities like running, yoga, and tennis. Alec is an incredibly thoughtful person and super knowledgeable, exactly the combination you want for this type of work.

Loved this program and loved Alec and Miriam's calming influence. This program has been a great help with me overcoming my sciatica pain and anxiety. I'm only two weeks post completion of the program and implementing these practices and I'm already doing activities I wouldn't have dared to have done just a few weeks. Once you're able to attach emotions to past events that caused you pain the light really comes on as to what is really causing your pain and how you can overcome it. My date of experience is from what I had thought at the time was a re-injury, but looking back was just a flare up. My original date of experience goes past a year back to June 2023.

As I went through the programme I found it very easy and clear to undestand. Even if I have experience as TMS coach I found it very useful to go through it reinforcing the tools for recover on myself. It found it extremely beneficial they refer to studies and that most of videos are done in a conversation (much easier to follow). Overall a great programme balanced very well in between written, video and exercise resources. I love meditation and really enjoyed Alec meditations as resources.

For 2 years I was unable to take a simple stroll with the dog, shuffling and doubled over with back and leg pain I had given up all exercise. This program changed EVERYTHING. Fear had me in it's grip and the step-by-step guide that this program offers helped me to overcome it. I am so grateful to Alec and Miriam.
