Very bad experience from pagazani website. I have not received my PayPal payment and my pagazani account showed that they are paid . very bad . waste of time 😔😔😔

The most common reason for not receiving a PayPal withdrawal in India, is because you did not setup your PayPal account correctly to receive payments and PayPal rejected the transaction. Contact Pagazani support so that we refund the transaction to your account and check your PayPal to remove receiving restrictions or contact them.
Contact Pagazani Support so they can refund payment back to your account and then choose a different redeem option or fix the original issue with the Paypal account.

I completed a survey worth 12cents from Bitlab via Ayet Offerwall on 8May 2023 but the survey reward didn't display on my account and also not in the Ayet Offerwall.This app being suspicious .Thank you

This the third time they are not paying $0.71 of survey i completed. I have also produced screenshot proof of complete survey of rewarding $0.71 also but still they are giving absurd excuses of not paying. can anyone confirm that if have posted screenshot of survey completetion in which surveyor thanking me to complete the survey and asking me to rate how was the survey that i have completed, is it the proof of completion of survey, what else is more solid proof of completing the survey would be. really pagazani prooving themselves as big fraud. and how can you sure that surveyor rejected the survey? maybe they have accepted the survey and dont want to pay? and making excuse of rejecttion of survey to not pay? can do in future too? they are as fraud as pagazani is.
im just asking for my money reward $0.71 for survey i completed, now at the last stage of redemption they have blocked my account and my hard earned money $4.42 also. and they blaming me i asked for, if i have to block my account will do it by myself, why will ask them to block my account that too having $4.42 in my wallet. what a lier and cheap are they. after payout i myself left the site but they blocked $4.42 my hard earned money.
if they have some iota of ethics, professsionalism and honesty, they will block my account after payout my remaining $4.42 account balance but no, instead of paying my reward $0.71 for completed survey they block my whole remaining account balace $4.42 in my wallet. this prooves themsleves that they are not only unethical and unprofessionlism but they are dishonest,fraud and cheater. Thier customer care service is more pathetic,dishonest, cheater and cheap. Really they deliberately not paid me $0.71 so that I can't reach $5 and redeem it. Pagazani people stoops so low for merely $5, seriously. Don't cry pagazani, I give Charity of $5 to pagazani. they themselves proof this pagazani is not at all trustable site, they are fraud and cheater will block your account at last stage of redemption. shocked with reviews seen here, now i know these are fake 5 or good star reviews. they dont even deserve 1 star, if they are negative star i will give it to pagazani, pagazani deserve negative star. dont join it. Don't waste your time and they will block your hard earned money at last stage of redemption.

You included a screenshot of a page asking you to rate a survey you took. At no point did you include any screenshot of a completion confirmation. What our records DO show was that the client rejected your answers due to low quality. I can also see you made a request to support to either credit you asap or to close your account, and given that choice looking at your account history a decision to close your account was granted so this will be our final reply to this issue. We wish you the best on your future endeavors.

If you are asking to have your account re-opened then email support and ask the account to be re-opened. This is a review platform not support. Given the amount of time you spend updating your review here and talking bad about us rather than actually reaching out to a support channel it is clear that your intent is more to disparage than to actually clear up any type of misunderstanding or issue. We have a ticket from you on 04/12/2023 where you demanded credit asap for a survey you were terminated from or that you would "quit". After several replies by support team that we were not going to grant that request, and your increasingly aggressive tone on every additional reply calling us "cheaters", "liars etc, a decision was made to grant your earlier request to close your account. As it stands, the entirety of your account balance is not even from completing surveys or offers, but from constant courtesy credits that were paid to you on our behalf. We reserve the right to stop granting free courtesy credits if we determine this feature is being abused. Lastly as a reminder, it is against our community standards to abuse, harass, or threaten anyone on our site or community and this includes support staff. For the safety of our community we reserve the right to close the account, or at the minimum, remove the communication features, of any member who continually does so.
Final Edit: After reviewing communication logs we have re-opened your account.

Hi, looking up your account data, your payment was issued and sent to Paypal on October 7, 2022 at 7:10:49 AM PDT to the email address that you entered on file. The status from Paypal shows this payment is unclaimed. If you entered the wrong Paypal address you will need to contact us and request we cancel the payment so a refund can be issued to your account or give us the correct Paypal account.
Further we have no support tickets or attempts from you to contact support. In the future please reach out to support for any issues you have before giving us a 1 star rating. As it does not reflect the level of service that you received from the site.
