PadletReviews of padlet.com

I use Padlet for my academic classes. As the academic year has ended and there is a lull of 5 months, I've requested to stop my subscription and will restart when the new semester starts. Your staff's understanding is amazing and the response is quick to accommodate my request and schedule. Thanks a bundle!

My questions were directed to the right place, and in good time. Nothing was brushed to one side. The person was very approachable - and the problem had already been solved. Nothing just gets left

I cant believe I found a bug and it was fixed in less than 24 hours. And, you kept a quick and clean avenue for communication. Well done! I love Padlet!

I had some problems to paste a link. I contacted the helping team and got a response very early and they tried all to solve my problem. Great!

Chelsea gave a quick and precise answer to a technical question about file storage location (uploading vs using a Google link). Could not find anything online. She was awesome!

Exceptional customer service. The Padlet team responded quickly, answered a multitude of questions, and proposed and executed a solution that left us with exactly the outcome we wanted. Throughout weeks of communication they were always thorough, helpful, and diligent. This level of service could not be better.

Very quick and helpful respond which got things sorted

We have a unique experience being university based subscribers and when a situation arose, Audrey was incredibly responsive, resourceful and friendly in helping us resolve it. Padlet is an incredible resource for teacher educators as well as teachers and I am so glad we can continue using it.
