Terrible customer service I was sent a damaged card and they refused to own the problem and I sent pictures and evidence and they still refused. I have emails from them and they are very shady and seem to be scamming.

If I could give a zero star I would! This along with Rips has the same SCAM going! It’s like playing a carnival game! Stay away and keep your money!

Opened 40 packs only 1 was positive value. Steer far away. You will get scammed. Did not recieve my product. Merchant is unresponsive and will not reimburse

Had a great first card hit and they cancelled my account and cancelled my withdrawal. Absolute horrendous and shady customer service. Absolutely do NOT use Packz.io. Stick with Gamestop Powerpacks or a legitimate site. This is disgusting.

Scandalous and fraudulent

This organization lures you in with no-risk pulls that always give you a card worth a little over the value of the pack you "ripped," then every pull after that will be a card of lesser value. It's a ridiculous scam and not worth the gamble. Tested it out three separate times and without fail, each "protected" rip was a card over the value you pay then every subsequent card is under value. Truly a scam. You are also not allowed to use the money in your wallet to pay for the shipping of the cards you now own if you don't take their immediate buy back offer. They make you pay more to get them shipped to you. Takes them well over a week to get back to you via email for questions or support.

Absolute scam. The "Sweat Free Packs" are not sweat free. If you spend $250 and get a $100 card, they will buy it back at $250. But the kicker is that you can only withdraw the $100 value of the card. The other $150 is counted as "Bonus funds" and cannot be withdrawn. Shameful way to do business, DO NOT USE THIS APP
