My boxes didn’t come with any kind of gloss as I displayed in my model. they were suppose to be black but arrived very dull and grayish ,my print had a glitch in it and instead of fixing them they sent me messed up boxes. When I touch the boxes without gloves my finger prints stay on the boxes leaving a Awkward smug because of the material of the box. I’m so disappointed, now I have to wait even longer to launch my new brand and business😔

Placed a large order with packsales. Received the boxes with - misalignment - color mismatch - non customer friendly return policy - dishonest customer support

I ordered 25 boxes from this company. The outside of the box was suppose to be black but I received a box that was a dark grey. I reached out to the owner of the company to try and remedy the problem. I was told that corrugated boxes cannot be black because the material absorbs too much ink. I point out on his website, etsy, amazon, etc...that he has examples of very, very black colored boxes and ask if they were digitally enhanced to get them that color. He responded that they don't digitally enhance any of their photos. I then asked him, "why is my box not black then, because surely you can see these boxes in the pictures I provided you are black", he responded with your boxes "match the typical results we achieve." Then proceeds to tell me that I am threatening him by me calling him out on either digitally enhancing the photos on his website, his printer was low on ink, or he intentionally didn't use enough ink to save money. He is offering a chance that he may give me a refund at my expense to ship him back the boxes so that he can see the issue. I told him I should not have to pay for the return shipping as he did not send me black boxes. Obviously not my fault. I would highly suggest staying away from this company. I personally believe he is not truthful and he definitely has no integrity.
