The caps they sent were absolutely terrible - they fell apart whenever you pull them off the bottle. It was like pulling teeth getting a refund for them. I tried to give them a second chance because I liked the matte black bottles (though I ordered caps from a different website this time), and their payment portal didn't work. I tried to get their customer service to figure out why it didn't work (both card and paypal), and they never got back to me. TERRIBLE supplier!!!

Like others we felt for some time that Packamor was shorting our orders. In addition, we purchased faulty perfume sprayers from them. The final straw was they didn't send any of the perfume boxes we ordered, but still charge my cc. I definitely wouldn't order from them.

Sent me 10% less product than ordered for multiple items. The box smelled AWFUL. They tried to refund me what I was owed in an attempt to have me remove my reviews of my bad experience with the company, and then lied about how they addressed it. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

Very responsive and samples were sent quickly.
